How and when can I download the product after purchase?

After the payment process is completed, we will send you an email receipt with all order and download information, so you can download the installation package and use it for your website.
In addition, you can instantly download the product from the download area

Is this a monthly price or a one-time payment?

The price you pay is one-time fee, with no hidden or recurring charges of any kind, and there's no limit on how long you can use the template or extension either

I have paid for my order but not yet accessed to download

Normally, your order will be created automatically upon receipt of a successful payment. There are some cases that your payment is NOT SUCCESSFUL and we have to review and process download information manually.

Can I modify the source code of product?

Yes, you are authorized to make any modifications to achieve your desired intention. All code are open for modification if you need.

I do not have a Paypal account. Do you support other payment methods?

How do I get product updates?

You can download the latest version of the product in the Download section. You can download new updates during your subscription. Once your orders expire, please renew to continue getting updates.

What happens after my order expires?

Once your subscription expires, you can still use all themes and extensions that you downloaded for your registered domains without paying any extra fee, but you will not be able to download, get updates or create ticket to get technical support. Please renew to get full of benefits and get discount up to 30%

Do you offer refund?

Can I download modules/extensions including MagenTech themes, as shown in the demo? Or Do I have to pay?

You will be allowed to use all extensions including the theme packages. No additional fee is required.

How can I make my website look like your theme demos?

Yes, please use the quickstart package to install into your site, after that, you'll get a site that looks exactly our demo sites.
If you don't have time, you can buy the Theme Installation Package, we'll help you to install the theme like our demo, you don't have to do anything.

Can I remove Magentech copyright in the footer?

If you are MTC Developer or purchased our themes on ThemeForest market, you have the full right to remove it. If not, please purchase the Copyright Removal package to remove it.

How to get support after my membership is expired?

Once your membership expires, you will be no longer get technical support from us. If you want to continue receiving support, you can buy the extended support service to extend support to 3, 6 or 12 months.

I don't have time, can you install the theme/extension for me?

Yes, we provide Theme Installation Service and Extension Installation Service, in which we will install the theme/extension like their demos for you within 24 hours. No other customization would be done.

The purchased product just doesn't suit my need. Can I exchange it for something else?

Yes, the request should be raised up within 10 days after your purchase date.

In some situations, we do allow for switch your order to another one (one time only) with the same cost ONCE if you raise up your opinion within 10 days after your purchase date. After you switch your order, you don't allow to send a refund request.
