Some people think that the only way to boost brain function is by drinking lots of green tea and lifting weights. Most of those are just hype.
In my experience, getting a great deal of human brain power is not just about lifting weights and drinking green tea. There are millions of people who simply cannot improve their mental ability unless they do something about it. If this sounds like you, I want to share with you three things I have done for years that have drastically improved my mental alertness and cognitive performance. These things are easy to do and require very little effort on your part, but they have saved me a lot of time, money and stress, because they have helped me achieve results I could never have achieved without them.
I am going to share these three simple strategies with you in order:
1) Just Imagine – This is perhaps the most effective way to improve your brain power in the shortest amount of time possible (just as soon as you receive this book). It is simple enough that anyone can do it – even if you've never really tried before. Just an exercise in visualization – all you need is your eyes closed – will give your mind a "relaxed" state which makes it easier for you to concentrate on what you need to get done. In fact, if I tell everyone how easy it is to use this technique, people will think I must be crazy! To start off with: imagine yourself sitting comfortably on a sofa at home (or some other place where you won't be disturbed), with your eyes closed .
2) Turn Down Your Brain Power – This one isn't new at all, but it has been around for many years and has been popularized by an Australian business guru named Zig Ziglar. It's called "Turning Down Your Brain Power" (or TDBP) and it's the simplest thing that really works! Again, just imagine yourself sitting comfortably on a sofa at home (or some other place where no one will disturb or disturb you), while imagining that someone else is sitting next to you reading this book or watching TV or doing anything else interesting or distracting in front of them – just imagining them making themselves busy while your mind drifts off into thoughtland. Once again, allow yourself a few minutes here so that this happens naturally before continuing with the strategy: imagine turning down your brain power until all other thoughts fade away from awareness and there's just one more thought floating around in front
